Overview
Freedom Fest is a family-friendly All-Ages music festival to benefit local veterans and first responders, which features a lineup of fantastic bands, artists, and ensembles from Virginia, Maryland, and beyond!
Our bands represent a wide variety of styles and musical genres, which will create a diverse musical experience
We are excited to host this year’s Freedom Fest at workhouse Arts Center in Lorton, VA. We will have great outdoor space for the festival on the Workhouse campus. See below for more information about the venue.

Our Hosts
Ten Ten Life is a nonprofit that provides essential mental health care to military, veterans, and first responders recovering from trauma through individual and group therapy.
Their vision is to empower those who serve and their communities to experience healing, wholeness, and life to the fullest.
Veterans Moving Forward Provides service dogs, facility dogs, and emotional support dogs to veterans with physical and/or mental health challenges at no cost to the veteran or their family.
Service Dogs are trained to perform specific tasks to mitigate mental and/or physical disabilities.
Workhouse Arts Center
Venue
The Workhouse Arts Center, a project of the Workhouse Arts Foundation, raises funds to fuel inspiration and provide engaging, multidisciplinary community arts experiences for more than 100,000 visitors every year.
The Workhouse Arts Foundation helps to grow and support a vibrant arts center that offers engaging opportunities and inspiring experiences in visual and performing arts, education classes, historical perspective, community engagement, and personal enrichment.
Birthed from a renovation and restoration project for an old Correctional facility and reformatory in lorton, the Arts Center is now housed within the historic main buildings, which creates a beautiful and inspiring campus.
